Our family enjoyed the convenient location near Arizona Mills Mall and had a fun time checking out Sea Life Aquarium. The pool was a hit with the kids, providing a great way to unwind after a day of adventures. The staff was welcoming and attentive, especially during our check-in.

In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom cleanliness could use improvement. It would be great if the hotel had family-friendly amenities like a game room or better activities for kids.

The outdoor swimming pool was so refreshing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The BBQ facilities allowed us to cook up a delicious meal while enjoying the sunshine. The staff made us feel right at home. their friendliness and attentiveness enhanced our stay tremendously.

If you’re a burger aficionado, Fuddruckers is a must for those juicy, customizable patties—absolutely drool-worthy! Plus, the pool is a refreshing gem to chill after a day of culinary adventures. Don’t forget to check out the friendly vibe of the staff, who really made our stay feel warm and welcoming.

However, I couldn’t overlook the false advertising regarding additional fees, which put a damper on the vibe. The room wasn’t as spotless as hoped either—definitely felt a bit overlooked.

Had a great group vacation with friends! We loved visiting the Arizona Mills Mall and checking out the Sea Life Aquarium. The location is perfect as it's close to so many attractions. Just keep in mind there aren’t any vending machines, and towels were limited, so bring extras if you can.

The King Studio has clearly seen better days. the couch is stained and the odor in the room suggests a long history of neglect. The air conditioning unit is louder than a Wookiee during a bar fight, and the patched repairs throughout the room give an uninviting, rushed feel. You might find yourself dodging a rickety door missing towel bars and tired linens that should have been retired long ago. Overall, it feels more like a budget pit stop than a comfortable stay.

During my stay at Studio 6 Tempe, Az Elliot Road, the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making my experience very enjoyable. I appreciated the well-lit common areas as well.
